If you bought an Eden’s Genie product from a physical store or from any site other than EdensGenieFarm.com, you’ll need to reach out to that seller directly, as we cannot monitor the handling or condition of our products once they leave our farm and enter third-party inventory.

If you ordered directly from our website and something isn’t right with your delivery, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange if we are contacted within 10 days of delivery.
